鈣
奶類含有高濃度的鈣,其他含豐富鈣質的食物包括蔬菜如羽衣甘藍、黃芽白、芥菜、西蘭花、白菜及豆腐。鈣是一種必要的礦物質,具有多方面的生物用途。
骨骼是鈣的儲存庫。除了作為骨頭及牙齒的主要成份外,鈣還支援正常的肌肉收縮和神經健康。
人們每日必需攝取足夠的鈣,以維持最佳的骨質密度、骨骼及牙齒健康。若人體每日吸收的鈣質不足,就會從骨頭裏提取鈣來使用。
鎂
富含鎂的食物包括未經打磨的穀物、果仁及綠色蔬菜。由於綠葉菜的葉綠素含量高,因此是鎂的豐富來源。肉類、澱粉質、奶類產品及經精製和加工的食物的鎂含量低。近期的調查發現,大部份人飲食中的鎂含量不足。
鎂是骨頭內礦物質部份的其中一種成份,能支援成年人正常的鉀及鈣代謝作用。鎂有助維持正常的鉀、磷及鈣水平,並促進肌肉及神經組織的正常功能。

錳

維他命C(抗壞血酸)

維他命D3(膽鈣化醇)

為甚麼要服用鈣?

words on web page are too small
The size of the words on the web page are too small to read. The picture on the screen cannot be zoomed larger which makes us difficult to read the instructions and Ingredients, etc. The screen shots are the largest size of the words that I could read. It's better to improve for that.
